Golden Link and Churchill Partner to Bring First Eco-Friendly Line of Souvenir Cups Using PureCycle Recycled Plastic to Cinemas

Orlando, Fla. – PureCycle Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: PCT), announced today that Golden Link North America is using Churchill Container’s Run It Back™ line of cups made from PureCycle’s PureFive™ resin to introduce recycled plastic into their licensed souvenir cups for a major motion picture now in theatres. Golden Link is the global leader in innovative and exclusive in-theater promotions to cinemas all over the world.

Golden Link President Jeff Waaland said, “We’re proud to offer the first-of-its-kind Run It Back™ line of cups to moviegoers and collectors who will be sure to put them on display. But, should they ever decide to retire the cup from their home collection, it’s rewarding to know they can be recycled at home or in the theater.”

Golden Link is the first movie theater concessions company to introduce the Run It Back™ line of cups from Churchill Container.

PureCycle CEO Dustin Olson said, “We’re excited to see Golden Link bring moviegoers this first-of-its-kind recycled polypropylene souvenir cup for a large film release.” Olson added, “It’s great that our partnership with Churchill Container is expanding to bring sustainability-minded companies applications produced with our PureFive™ resin.”

The Run It Back™ line of cups and containers was introduced by Churchill earlier this year and can contain up to 100% recycled content made from PureCycle’s PureFive™ resin.
