Members of PureCycle attended Thailand's BOI FastPass Launch Ceremony at Government House in Bangkok.
This week, PureCycle was proud to be among the companies formally recognized at Thailand’s Board of Investment (BOI) FastPass Launch Ceremony, held at Government House in Bangkok. CFO Donald Carpenter and Board Member Dr. Siri Jirapongphan attended on behalf of PureCycle, representing the Company as Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul officially launched the second cohort of the FastPass program. The program is an initiative designed to cut regulatory approval timelines by up to 50 percent for strategic, high-value investments across Thailand.
The ceremony brought together more than 300 attendees, including foreign diplomats, international chambers of commerce, and multinational executives. PureCycle was among 25 projects from 23 companies formally receiving a Thailand FastPass certificate in this cohort, joining a broader program that has now mobilized over USD 21 billion in strategic investment across Thailand.

Donald Carpenter shared PureCycle's perspective directly with Thai government leadership, including the Prime Minister, at the event. "The availability of raw materials, infrastructure, and proactive government support were critical in our decision to anchor our regional operations here," said Carpenter. "The FastPass mechanism directly improves our operational efficiency."
PureCycle was formally admitted to the FastPass Investment Acceleration Program in May. PureCycle's inclusion in FastPass supports its project for building a dissolution recycling facility in Rayong, located within IRPC's eco-industrial zone. The facility is a cornerstone of PureCycle's global growth strategy and its goal of reaching one billion pounds per year of installed polypropylene recycling capacity by 2030. Under the program, PureCycle receives coordinated facilitation across the approval and permitting processes from eight Thai government agencies, compressing the timeline between investment commitment and the start of operations.
Carpenter continued, “Thailand's combination of strong raw material access, modern infrastructure, and an engaged government made it the right location for PureCycle's Asia-Pacific expansion. The FastPass program reinforces that confidence and turns regulatory processes that once spanned months into a streamlined, predictable path to operations. We look forward to continuing to work closely with the BOI and its partner agencies as we move from approvals into execution at our Rayong facility.”
